Legal and fiscal setup

The investors put their investment in a holding company which will 100% own the French SARL that operates and owns all the assets of the purchased Château. This has fiscal benefits for all shareholders. WECM always remains one of the investors.

The new shareholders / investors are co-owners of a promising vineyard and can help to increase the value of their investment. The investment amount lies between 50.000 and 300.000 EUR per 5%-shareholding, depending on the Château.
