Bordeaux wine region

WECM is continuously looking for investment opportunities in wine estates, which show potential from a wine quality perspective and from an overall economic perspective (including real estate potential). WECM is currently only focusing on the quality appelations in Bordeaux: Medoc (and its smaller appellations), St. Emilion and satellites, Fronsac, Cote de Castillon and Graves.

Also other appellations in France are investigated and recently a joint venture with a South African partner has been established. The lead time for all projects is very long, as negotiations and the due dilligence proces can take as long as 6 months.

South Africa

WECM South Africa has implemented its first project. The investment project is a breathtaking 155ha estate with vineyards and a luxury guesthouse, situated in the famous South African wine lands. This is in close proximity to Capetown with its two oceans and many attractions. The financial returns are impressive and the lifestyle return absolute unique.

The estate below is already under WECM management. A second  AOC Fronsac wine estate in Bordeaux will be under WECM management as of August 2007.
